All clinical decisions, procedures, and outcomes are the responsibility of the chosen provider.

2. No Guarantee of Outcomes

All medical and dental procedures involve inherent risks. Results vary depending on individual health, healing, and the procedures performed.

Sifa Care:

  • Does not guarantee any medical or aesthetic results

  • Is not responsible for complications, dissatisfaction, or revisions required

  • Does not offer refunds for clinical work performed by third parties

3. Responsibility of the Patient

It is your responsibility to:

  • Consult your GP or UK dentist if you have any medical doubts

  • Disclose all relevant health conditions and medications

  • Understand the risks, aftercare requirements, and costs involved

  • Communicate directly with the treating clinic if any issue arises

We recommend all patients obtain independent medical advice before proceeding with treatment abroad.

4. Third-Party Relationships

We work with reputable clinics and partners, but we do not control their operations or staff. Clinics abroad are independent businesses, and any issues related to:

  • Medical negligence

  • Post-treatment infections or complications

  • Insurance claims or legal disputes
    …must be addressed with the provider directly.

    Sifa Care and its directors disclaim any liability or legal responsibility for outcomes, financial loss, or damages related to care provided abroad.

5. Travel & Insurance

Sifa Care may assist with travel arrangements, but we are not liable for:

  • Flight changes or cancellations

  • Accommodation issues

  • Missed appointments or delays

You are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance, including coverage for elective dental/medical treatment abroad.
